Buildings are designed as conventional residential apartment with all amenities that are expected (such as: Administrative offices, Grocery, Gym, Internet café, Fast food /Coffee shop, Industrial Kitchen, Uniform Room, Mail Room, Training / Multi propose Room and Bus Drop off) as part of modern day living, Including: 471 Car parking Places, 461 Occupants for Managements and 4200 Occupants for Staffs.
