The fifth floor is dedicated to the exclusive offices suit for managers. And restaurant for all staffs and manager is located on sixth floor.The building comprises seven level podiums, which are built atop four level of basement parking with 480 car parking spaces. Ground floor will accommodate commercial spaces. Podiums will house office and residential units, gym and pool deck. And a 20 storied tower will comprise residential flats
