The single level of basement provide for 82 car parking spaces together with kitchen, MEP services, staffs accommodation, Pool and gym facilities, Laundry and Back of House. The ground floor houses entrance and main lobby, classes, accounting departments, restaurant and retails. The commercial building contains 2100 parking spaces in two level of basement. Hypermarket and some retails are located in ground floor and 1^st floor devoted only to shops and retails.
